Developing a brew

It’s been a while since I last coded Java, though when last I developed I’d not learned formally but rather wrangled code together by reading websites and coding as I went. I never was taught object oriented programming, so it was also new to me too.

Though the app I developed functioned back then, it probably wasn’t the best code you might find given what I am now learning with Monash University. Today I formally kicked off the start of my next graduate diploma, my first unit in Java Programming, though technically I got access two weeks ago and am now working on week three.

Already am learning lots and am enjoying the coding challenges presented in previous weeks very much. Rather glad I made the decision to do this course, it’s very much in line with my mindset and what I enjoy. Going to be a great course!
