Quickest Mac Upgrade Ever

I have never upgraded a Mac this quickly, however, the limitations imposed upon the MacBook Pro M1 with only a single external screen makes working on it as a geek just that little bit more difficult. That said, the M1 has truly been quite a surprising machine, its battery life has been outstanding.

Today, Apple announced next generation Apple Silicon machines in the M1 Pro and M1 Max. Much as I’d love to justify the M1 Max, and believe me I’d give it a crack, I just didn’t need that much extra, but having access to use my second external screen once more was a selling point. I’ve had to rely on an external dock with the M1 due to its being bereft of ports, two was just woefully inadequate, even with the dock I struggled, but it helped so much.

This too is a (day early) birthday present to myself, yay me, always manage to get what I wanted haha. Expected to arrive in around a month’s time.
