Ohh, pen on iPad

I’ve been using the new Surface a lot recently, assignments necessitating its use. I have been trying to improve my ability to get the Surface to recognise my handwriting, however, it always seems to rush recognition and I am forever having to fix things up.

That said, I am improving with time and getting used to how it works. Tonight I had to return to the iPad Pro and apply recent updates and a million app updates too it would seem. Using Apple Pencil 2 for the first time in a while it felt like heaven by comparison, not only was the pencil more responsive but handwriting recognised so much better.

It’s by no means perfect, errors are made of course, however, it is so much more forgiving and the editing experience when you need to make those changes, and you do, are so fluid.
