Let’s do this, Windows 11

Part of being a geek is that desire to jump in head first to latest technologies, right? It gives me a buzz trying things early-on, having a play with something new and chatting about that with others who may be interested to know.

With purchasing the Surface Pro 7 I had a device capable of running Windows 11, sadly I couldn’t guarantee for sure being able to run Windows 11 within Parallels on my Macs, Microsoft recently stating this was not a supported use.

I’m currently downloaded via the Windows Insider program and waiting for the Surface to install and request to restart. I joke with friends it’s actually Windows Mac with the new centred task bar much like that we’ve enjoyed on macOS since OSX 20 years ago. I’m hoping the experience will be much improved for Surface users as Windows 10 is a bit sub par as a tablet user. Review in a few days once I’ve had a few days use to test it out.
