Which way forward?

Search as I might I have yet to find a solution that doesn’t require me to develop an application myself for what I would have thought something rather simple.

With my studies came developing a raft of terminology that is useful to keep abreast of throughout my course. The problem, this is only going to grow with the remaining 11 units, I’ve only completed 1, and already I feel the need for a cross platform solution that is searchable. I’m wanting something accessible on macOS and iOS/iPadOS, so storage via iCloud is essential, using CloudKit. Sadly, I don’t have a developer account, and I don’t really know developing apps for either platform, I’m a web developer; time is also not on my side, even with SwiftUI.

Am I overthinking it? Is there an app that does support my needs that I just don’t know about? I would love to know if you have an idea. My searches have yielded nada zip 😞
