Bloated

What did I eat? Two days ago now I suddenly started looking like that Maccas version of Michelangelo’s statue of David, my stomach now distended due to effects of dairy intolerance.

Dairy in something I ate and my stomach is like this guy’s, large and hard as marble

Years ago friend had issues where she would eat items containing gluten and would swell thusly, at the time she would consume aloe vera juice which would help her then return to normal. I bought some the other day in hopes it might help me get closer to the normal statue and less the Maccas version (sadly no six pack though), unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be having the same impact upon me.

I’d typically go for a walk, however we’re currently experiencing quite the heatwave here at the moment and they’re not yet selling Terminator strength million+ sunblock just yet. I’ve read online, courtesy of doctor Google, don’t judge, that magnesium tablets may be an avenue for relief. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
