Up until I’d signed up to Apple’s Fitness+ service I’d never attended a gym class, the thought of this uncoordinated individual jumping, dropping to the floor or trying to squat was just not something that appealed to me; I’m my own worst enemy, I know.
Since Tuesday’s launch last week I have enjoyed partaking in HIIT and yoga workouts, however one thing that has become apparent to me is the difficulty of my being situated on my yoga mat and having to crane my neck to see what the instructor is doing. At first I thought it might have been the angle I had my mat was on, so I have since put my mat at a 45 degree angle to my TV, sadly this has only helped somewhat and I continue to struggle.

So, this got me to thinking about those glasses initially developed by Google ‘Google Glass’ and how likewise glasses might work in an exercise environment. Using these digital glasses and an appropriate strap, digital glasses could display your instructor’s routine to the glasses as well as the fitness circles. What do you think?
