Courtesy of our mate COVID-19, I’ve been doing a fair bit of online shopping the past few months. It’s effects have impacted parcel deliveries here in Western Australia, with average delivery times now three weeks from the east coast of Australia. Survivable of course, though annoying for the impatient among us 🙋♂️, it gets all the worse when the vendor doesn’t take care enough to ensure they’ve sent you the correct item. This happened to me when the jacket I’d ordered from Myer arrived and didn’t even remotely resemble what I ordered.

Thankfully, the following day our local Myer store re-opened, saving me having to determine how I was to return for refund. Phew! The staff were great, refunding and even prepared to help try find the same jacket in-store if they had it, unfortunately they didn’t, though they had something similar for the same cost.
I look forward to COVID-19 settling down and parcels ordered online no longer taking forever to arrive.
