I started my Michelle Bridges exercise program on Monday, getting up at 4 am so I might have uninterrupted time on the oval or at the gym when exercising there, especially should I make a total idiot of myself doing something 🤣
Monday went well, the watch sounded early and I was up, dressed and out the door powering towards the oval. My exercises this day comprised primarily of power walking and jogging before coming home and doing a few additional items concluding with stretches.
The next day was at home, I decided to do a video workout, so got a sleep-in. It didn’t help me any, holy heck that workout was punishing and I truly struggled. I didn’t manage all round, having to sit a few out as I just lacked energy come half way. I was happy though that I managed to successfully complete the mountain climber exercise without face planting.
I think come Wednesday I must have been tuckered out, I failed to hear the watch and over slept two hours, not a bad thing when you’re returning to work and will be better rested I guess, but I was quite annoyed at the time. Another home exercise routine that night, though not video this time, so more leisurely. Yeah, right!
Today, I headed to the gym arriving a tad before 4:30am. The car park was empty upon arrival, woohoo! I figured if I buggered anything up no one was around, that lasted all of two minutes. It seems the gym junkies joined me, within ten minutes there was five of us in the gym, at least it wasn’t full to the brim I guess.
The program must be working, my muscles all over are aching. Six pack on the way perhaps? Wishful thinking me thinks 😆
