I’ve read a few books now by well known UK GP Dr Rangan Chatterjee, so when I heard he was to release another book on Boxing Day it was a no brainer to pre-order via Amazon’s Kindle store.

His latest book, entitled Feel Better In 5: Your Daily Plan to Feel Great for Life, looks to have you make simple changes to your life that you can continue with rather than those we typically might do, like those New Year’s Resolutions that last for say a few weeks to a month.
I’m only part-way into the book this evening, and already can tell it’s going to be a useful resource. The suggestion though of having me access my social media via the web browser near caused a heart attack and calling 000, not sure I’m ready for that step just yet haha. Maybe disabling notifications.
